Global Leadership Academy Charter School (GLA) is a Kindergarten through Eighth grade school comprised of three small learning communities located in West Philadelphia. GLA is a holistic teaching and learning program. Admission to the school is open to all eligible students who are residents within the limits of the City of Philadelphia and the state of Pennsylvania in grades K through 8. Applications will be accepted through Apply Philly Charter.Kindergarten: Children applying for Kindergarten must be five years of age by September 1st of the current year in order to be accepted into the school. If the child is not five by the deadline, their name will be placed on the waiting list for possible admission for the following school year
