Admissions Policy

Little Flower has an open enrollment policy. Students who graduate from any grade school are eligible to apply for admission. All applicants complete application materials. Incoming 9th-grade students from Catholic grade school: successful completion of 8th grade. Incoming 9th-grade students and upper class transfer students from public/charter/private schools: successful completion of previous school year, most recent report card, standardized testing results, mastery skills test and interview. All students will take High School Placement Test.

The Little Flower community is rooted in Gospel values and founded on principles of respect and concern for one another. Teachers/administrators/staff are tutors, moderators, mentors. Online learning opportunities extend world language, electives and AP offerings. Clubs/activities enhance social functioning/interaction; guest speakers cover topics ranging from personal safety to healthy relationships. Emergency drills are scheduled and monitored by administration and police/fire departments. Administration and SEPTA work together to provide/maintain safe transport to/from school.
