Caring People Alliance - R.W. Brown Community Center
Mission
At R. W. Brown Community Center we believe that children are individuals who learn in different ways and at different paces. We also seek to develop the "whole child" and believe that children learn through play.
Points Of Pride
1. Our teachers believe in implementing hands on learning activities that enhance children's cognitive, social, language, and physical skills.
2. Activities are also planned and implemented for individual children to ensure that each child's individual needs are met.
Admissions Policy
Parents must make an appointment with the intake specialist. Parents must also complete an application and bring in a copy of their child's health assessment and immunization record.
Pre-K Counts must also bring in a copy of the child's birth certificate, parent's photo ID, proof of income and dental exams.
Safety and Culture
Our program consists of educated, trained, and qualified teachers. We maintain a safe learning environment for children at all times. We are also a Star 4 facility, and are constantly striving to improve quality.
We have cameras inside and outside the building, as well as a lock on the front door. No child will ever be released to someone who is NOT listed with the parent's permission. These individuals MUST be over the age of 18 and bring Photo ID with them every time they come to pick up your child.
