Mission

The philosophy of the Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA CDC and SACC programs are to provide each child with a safe, warm and supportive environment in which to play and grow spiritually, mentally, and physically. We are concerned with the development of the whole child. Our programs are committed to the values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. Together, parents and staff have one mutual interest: your child!

Admissions Policy

Completed enrollment packet including all supporting documents: birth certificate, health assessment, dental assessment, proof of residency and financial information (Pre K Counts program only)

Safety and Culture

Teachers receive an average of 24 hours of professional development and continuing education each year on topics such as health and safety, child development and best practices in early childhood education.- - - - - - - - Facility and program audits are conducted on weekly and monthly basis by staff, parents and outside agencies.
