Mission

TYL II, Inc. is a Pennsylvania Keystone STAR 4 child care facility located in West Philadelphia. TYL II, Inc. has been a member of this community since 1994 and continues to strive to improve their standards for childcare services for children from 8 weeks-12 years and their families.

Our state of the art facility has expanded to include a 15,000 sq. ft. learning center, playground, and new school aged annex. In addition, we provide school year transportation and summer camp for school aged children.

Admissions Policy

For childcare: completion of application, tour of childcare facility, documentation from subsidizing agency & private pay agreement.

For PreK Counts program: child's age and income guideline requirements.

All children require current physical form.
