Federation Early Learning Services (FELS) provides excellence in child care and early childhood education for all families from diverse backgrounds throughout the Delaware Valley.
FELS is a recognized leader, helping families access affordable child care, providing innovative programs for children and consultation services to the early childhood community.

Points Of Pride

1. Paley has achieved the gold standards of early childhood education: NAEYC Accreditation and a Keystone STAR 4 rating.

2. Paley offers year-round enrichment programs with a variety of specialist and also has a gymnasium, seven playgrounds and an Olympic-sized swimming pool and concrete in-gound sprinkler.

3. First grade teachers tell us our children are well-prepared academically and socially for school.

Admissions Policy

Families are required to submit paperwork (questionnaire, health forms, emergency contact information, etc.) and have a brief classroom visit with the child during either the tour or in-person enrollment interview.
Age requirements: 6 weeks old - 12 years old
If at all possible, siblings are kept together within the same child care center.

Safety and Culture

FELS employs a full-time Director of Operations to ensure the safety of our center and playgrounds. The Project Coordinator schedules regular center walk-throughs and updates any maintenance and facility issues that arise. Funds are raised annually to enhance our enrichment programs. Though the cost of upkeep and maintaining a pool for summer programs increases each year, we are committed to continuing to provide an instructional swimming program for our children.
