Head Start is a free, comprehensive early childhood education program for income-eligible children, ages 3 to 5, and their families.- All Head Start meals are provided through the PA Department of Education Child and Adult Care Food Program.- Services are available to children with disabilities!- - For your appointment, please bring copies of these required documents:- - Child’s Birth Certificate- Income Verification Address Verification- Photo ID of Parent/Guardian- Child’s Medical Card- Child’s Physical Form Child’s Dental Form- Child’s Immunization Records
