LSA promotes a safe, orderly, caring, and supportive environment. Each student's self-esteem is fostered by positive reinforcement and relationships with students and staff. We strive to have our parents, teachers, and community members actively involved on our students' learning.

Admissions Policy
Immunizations are required according to the current schedule recommended by the U.S. Public Health Services. Every July, we check with the public health department for updates of the recommended immunization schedule. Our state regulations regarding attendance of children who are not immunized due to religious or medical reasons are followed. Unimmunized children are excluded during outbreaks of vaccine preventable illness as directed by the state health department.- - For your child’s protection, we recommend that all children receive the standard immunizations including DTP, measles, rubella, polio, Hepatitis B and a TB test. We require a physician’s statement of inoculations and general medical health upon enrollment. Medical Health Forms must be updated according to the age schedule on the reverse of the form to comply with PA Department of Welfare regulations. Failure to provide updated records may result in the termination of your child from the center. Updating a form each time you visit the doctor should keep you up to date. Please see- your Center Director for additional forms.
