The safety of our students is always a priority. Children often experience conflicts with each other. It is natural. Some situations are one-time occurrences while others may be viewed as ongoing bullying situations. As parents and educators our role is to help students learn skills to resolve issues calmly and considerately. When a student or parent has a concern with bullying the concern should be reported to the office. The principal, counselor and other school staff will investigate the situation; and work with all involved parties to come to a resolution, which may include counseling, referrals, or disciplinary actions.
