Olney Charter High School is a melting pot of students from all over the globe.  We pride ourselves on catering to the needs of our students through professionally developing our staff to provide students with the best possible learning experience. Over 95 percent of our students graduate from Olney Charter High School prepared with a post secondary plan for the military, attendance at a college or vocational school, or the workforce.  Olney Charter High School leads the way with providing our students with enriching and extracurricular activity opportunities only available to the students within our school community. We boast a host of career and technical education programs, clubs, athletic programs, and even an in house childcare center, all designed to support the needs of our students.  At Olney Charter High School we are PROUD to EMPOWER!


Admissions Policy

Olney Charter High School is open to all catchment students who wish to enroll so long as space allows. Olney Charter High School is open to all students who reside in the Olney catchment area. If space permits, any resident students from grades 9 to 12 residing outside of the school’s catchment boundaries are eligible for admission at Olney Charter High School. The term “resident” also includes foreign language students. A student shall be considered a resident of the catchment area in which the school is located if his/her parents or guardian reside within the boundaries established by the School District of Philadelphia for the said catchment.
