MissionThe mission of NFCS is to provide students with the academic, social, and emotional foundations and skills necessary to become high achieving, socially competent stewards of their communities. The founders of NFCS will ensure a commitment to lifelong learning and achievement of all our students by creating an atmosphere of caring that pervades every aspect of school life, and promotes attachment to and responsibility for all members of our school community.

Admissions PolicyOpen to all students who live in Philadelphia. If there are more applications than available seats, a lottery will be held. The school’s enrollment policy gives priority to the following groups in this order: Parent is staff member or board member, Sibling attending, Lives in 19111, 19114, 19135, 19136, 19149, or 19152, Lives in Philadelphia, Out-of-district PA resident
