Admissions Policy

PA Virtual Charter School is currently accepting eligible students in grades K-12 on a first-come, first-served basis. All students who reside in Pennsylvania are eligible to be admitted. Admission to the school is based on age as well as completion and submission of all enrollment forms and materials. PA Virtual Charter School is a public school open to residents of Pennsylvania and does not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, family income, national origin, or disability. Students who have been expelled from another school, or students who are currently involved in expulsion proceedings, because their behavior reflected concerns for their personal safety, or for the safety of others, will be reviewed individually and enrollment decisions will be made in full compliance with Pennsylvania law and with the State Board of Education regulations.
