Mission

Saint George School has served the educational and spiritual needs of the Port Richmond community for nearly a century. With a strong emphasis on family atmosphere, tradition and challenging academics, the Saint George community embraces new developments in technology and celebrates an environment of self-awareness, self-fulfillment, and a strong sense of community.

Admissions Policy

Interested families must submit a registration form (found on our website), $125 registration fee ($190 fee for two or more children), medical forms, birth certificate, Social Security card, Baptismal certificate, "Letter of Release" from Pastor of Catholic school (if applicable), tuition/technology fees, lunch contract (grades 1-8), uniform from DiGiulio's, copy of latest report card (transfer students only), copy of any testing/modifications or accommodations (if applicable), two fundraisers (sponsored through the Home & School Association) and any custody/court issued documents pertaining to students.

Fine arts; music; piano/vocal lessons; Saint George School offers two choices for after school care that are run separately from the school entity: the Welcome Center (directly across the street from the school) as well as Samuels Recreation Center offer two options for parents and families for after school care. Both programs work in conjunction with the school schedule.
